Danny famously embarrassed himself and his party by presenting an alternative Lib Dem budget/incredibly feeble Party Political Broadcast at the dispatch box the day after the real budget was presented in 2015. Bercow rebuked him for abusing his ministerial privileges, the Opposition jeered, and Nick Clegg fled in mortification halfway though the statement.
