The Times

The Times / The Sunday Times is a right-leaning broadsheet, although not as eurosceptically hysterical as the Torygraph (or, god forbid, any of the 'silly' papers like the Fail). Also seems to like DCam more than above, possibly because many of its columnists are his former spads. One idiosyncratic thing about it is that it's a 'serious' paper but printed in 'tabloid' size, which gives it the feeling of having a bit of a Napoleon complex.

Journalists from The Times who are influential on lolitics include Caitlin Moran (and her Celebrity Watch column), who was the first person to call Gids "posh and useless", and therefore is basically responsible for inventing his fanon representation.

Cartoonist most important to lolitics is Morten Morland, who did some cute little animations on YouTube about the election debates.

The Times demonstrated its misogyny when Miriam Gonzalez told it to "eat humble pie" over Spain's World Cup performance. The Times sank even lower with "Let's eat tortilla, Mrs Clegg" and Miriam offered them some of her own tortilla. Two-nil to Miriam.
